Dr friend gave me this and I've noticed huge improvements. Some days don't even have the "pain" reminder to take Lialda. Less/no gas, pain, better stool etc etc. All good things

Start small, maybe 1/3 a scoop for the first few days week to adjust. I don't do it daily, but when I remember to buy Yogurt I mix it in. Doesn't taste bad either, and unlike VSL doesn't require refrigeration.
