gonna flare tomorrow help!

I ate some really bad stuff today because I felt too sick from sinus pressure/ headache/weakness to cook, ended up eating spicy enchalidas and cheesy stuff with. a chocolate cupcake to finish the meal off. I know I'm gonna flare or get D tomorrow morning because I already feel tightness on my left lower side back and stomach. any suggestions to help me b4 the flare starts??

Plan on eating light tomorrow, get some yogurt in you, stay away from gluten and dairy and take it easy.

A flare is different than just having digestive symptoms. You may just likely get the latter which will pass.

Yea I would say your gonna have a day where you pay for what you know causes you to have symptoms but you ate it anyway. I do it...sometimes it bothers me sometimes it doesn't. If I end up in the bathroom alot I take Immodium and it helps alot.

I am really not disciplined with the special diet. the prob is the 6mp is really making me tired and lethargic worse than the UC. ad I am not even on a high dose. but bottom line: 6mp works. I need to talk to dr this Thursday about maybe reducing the dose. I feel too tired since I increased to50 mg of 6mp. so I am not able to keep up with cooking my special healthy meals. so I eat some frozen gluten free stuff. I guess it doesn't help that I can't sleep at night either.

I've had some days where I've eaten horribly and I felt fine the next day. UC is so unpredictable. I hope you're ok today.

hey gals/guys thanks for the replies! I didn't flare today as I expected which is good but felt sick, nauseous and really lethargic the whole day. my sinus pressure is all over my face . so I really spent the dy on the couch not active. hopefully will be better tomorrow. thanks for asking Quincy, andNSSG!
