wisdom teeth removal/anasthesia and prednisone

Im getting my wisdom teeth removed tomorrow and will be put under anasthesia. Im taking 15mg of prednisone and am wondering if and how prednisone will react with it and the pain killers im going to have to take after. Also I was told I cant eat or drink six hours before so Im not sure when to take the prednisone since you have to take it with food.

There shouldn't be any reaction. As for the pred, I'm not sure what your schedule is but try to take it before the cut off time and/or when you get home.

I've had two wisdom teeth removed, was put under anesthesia and because I was on steroid enemas, the oral surgeon gave me Iv steroids with the anesthesia to prevent any sort of adrenal shock.
