I had my first moderately-normal BM in over 10 years this morning! It was seriously like a foot long and formed! I was so happy that I came out of the bathroom with a big smile on my face and told my husband... who didn't fully understand my joy, but was still happy to see me happy coming out of the bathroom for once.
I don't know how it happened, but I don't care - I'll take it!

I so know that feeling, Congrats! It is a great feeling. And normal poopers just don't get it!

YAY! That's why I have cats. They're just as fascinated by their poop as I am by mine. ;-)

Haha no photos, but I'll keep this one in the memory bank for sure! I really can't say what I did that might have made a difference... I've been on a modified SCD for about
4 months now with some cheats which I learned were not a good idea, and I've added dark chocolate to my diet even though it's "illegal". I've also added a lot of fruit back into my diet - I eat 4-5 servings a day from the color spectrum and I feel like this has really helped, atleast in keeping me energized throughout the day. For a long time I'd cut out fruit because it's supposedly candida-feeding but I felt really miserable all the time and basically said eff it one day and ate what I was craving so long as it was healthy. Other than that, though, I can't really think of anything I did differently. I wish I could pinpoint it to one thing cause I'd be sure to repeat it forever!
