I'm with you. Many people take out stress in their bodies many different ways, I unfortunately get gas, stomach aches, cramps when I have stress or anxiety about something. For a minute I did last night in a situation, but i told myself to relax and not make myself 'sick'. Good luck to you, glad you know how to work your body.
