Hello everyone.
Well I'm excited for tomorrow as I finally have an appointment at Lewisham hospital with a gastroenterologist.
It's been a while ive seen only GP as i was traveling so much. Thank god for this forum as i added enemas and asacol pills and asked the gpp to prescribe.
So honestly have been medicating myself in a while now. But I can't wait to hear my doctor's opinions. I can't wait to meet him and have support.
He's irish so hopefully he has some kind of humour I know (I lived in Ireland too).
I did a lot of testing on myself with meds and diets and feel sometimes im alone in that battle but it was time I find extra support. I hope I can build a trusty relationship with my doctor (well be close enough when he'll do my colonoscopy anyway) and make him my first reliable opinion as well.
It's been a while \I havent got so excited about
seeing a doctor :P

Just hope he is not from Cork. Even after living in Dublin for a year, I never got Corky accent.
Good Luck

Ha, ha, Tournevice -- good luck with your new doc. I did a double take with "blind date" because I remembered you had just been married. Silly me! Let us know how it the appt. went!
