So I FINALLY got a script for this stuff, though I had to pay out of pocket for the Drs visit.

Im scheduled to take 1.5 mg for the first month, then 3 mg for a month, then up to 4.5.

My question to users who've had success is, when did you start noticing a benefit, right away for was this not until you were ramped up on a higher dose?

Im only 2 days into this, so little to report.

I'm on the same dosage schedule (recommended by Skip's).
Will ramp up to 3 mg on 2/25.
Are you using the transdermal cream?
It will be interesting to see if you notice any side effects.

I've noticed a reduction in inflammation but I'm also taking better probiotics, restricting diet (gluten, lactose) and added l-glutamine and slippery elm so it's hard to pinpoint which change is responsible or if the combination of changes is helping.

Glad you were finallly able to obtain it.

Did you get the pills (if so which filler?) or the transdermal?

I didn't do the step up, 1.5mg to 3 mg to 4.5mg, so I can't tell you, sorry.

I started seeing results within 3 days of being on 4,5mg of transdermal, but I believe it's because I was on SCD diet which helps reduce inflammation and therefore get better results with LDN.

I dont know what filler... :/ but yes, its pills. I sort of wish I was on a higher dose already, but I think this "ramp up" is standard... Id forgotten about the filler thing.

Oh and ItsAlwaysSomething, I got the first month from the pharm below the docs office so I could get it immediately, but the next is from Skips in Fla.

No sides except maybe slightly more vivid dreams. Nothing too noticeable as of yet..
