Flare Ups

Anybody have any quick tips or ideas on dealing with flare ups away from home. Im at work working today and am dying all my medicines are at home and at this point i just need to be able to make it through the day!

Stay close to the bathroom and don't rush. If you have to stay in the bathroom for a while, you have no choice but to do so. Too many times I've tried to rush and get out of the stall and I end up back in the bathroom 2 minutes later. Some people can tolerate immodium - I've never tried it.

I've used immodium and do fine with it but I don't use it daily. Usually just if I've eaten something I shouldn't. Before I was first diagnosed it didn't help at all.
