Is there any way you could give your colon a rest?
My suggestion is to stay away from foods, and just do liquids for a day or two, like a bowel rest. Give your colon a chance to calm down.
When I was flaring badly, all I had was my whey protein shakes (made with almond milk) - sometimes up to 5 a day. It ensured that I got my nutritional needs of amino acids, and yet didn't give my bowels any work to do.
Then after a few days, I started adding back things 1 at a time.
