moviprep for colonoscopy

Hi im due to have a colonoscopy tomorrow afternoon. Im due to take the prep in an hour or so. I was wondering wether it would be ok to mix it with a much smaller amount of water to down it with then drink the rest of the water to make up the amount? Nervous to say the least!

I've used it and I don't know...would probably taste horrendous. Not that it doesn't already. Good luck. I was told even if it takes you a little longer to drink it thats ok as long as you get it down. My first bottle of it I only got down a little over 3 glasses before I thought I would vomit. The second bottle was easier for some reason.

Thanks, took it in the full litre! Pretty horrible, more for drinking so much liquid rather than the taste which actually wasnt as bad as i had anticipated. How long does it roughly take to ' work'.

Yea that was my problem too. I don't normally drink alot in a short amount of time like that. Its been almost three years since I did it...maybe an hour or so after I finished. Believe me you will feel it.
