thanks Quincy, I just (re) read the label of my probiotic, Jarrows sach boulardi and it contains MOS (which is an oligasachiride sp??)and a prebiotic
Gonk: i was also looking into digestive enzymes, it seems as the day goes on and most espically after dinner, i feel my food just sitting like a brick in my stomach and was thinking a dig enzyme might be worth looking into, please update us on how this is working for you
