I would say i've been doing pretty good down below, but lately I've been having that really 'dark' and pungent gas, the kind where you think your ass is on fire and you're about
to burn a toilet with your insides.... gross. I can tell whatever i'm eating is just rotting in my stomach or something.
Anyway, I'm starting to wonder if its the
Bob's the Red Mill Gluten Free Oatmeal i've been having, or if its just that i've had a few things containing gluten in the past few weeks? Otherwise my stool is fine, (bowels are 1-3 times a day). I use the oatmeal to make protein pancakes, be a shame to give it up. ;( Any ideas?
I finally was able to do a blood test with my new GI doc, and she wants me to start up on some calcium and vitamin D because my levels are a little low, getting a copy of the results in mail this week too.
