I feel a cold coming on!! My three kids are sick and I was hoping I wouldn't get it!!!

Ugh!!!! My kids bring home everything and I haven't gotten sick at all this winter.   Well, I can tell today it is coming.  My three kids have had a terrible cold for a couple weeks now.  Really bad cough and runny noses.  My older son had an ear infection.  They sound so bad when they cough their doctor checked my middle son for whopping cough.  I hate getting sick because of the remicade I am on and I am also on pred this year.  Last year I got strep and broncitis around this time and it was horrible and i wasn't even on pred.  Ugh!!! It is a miracle I don't get sick more often.  Ugh!!! Oh well, not much I can do. My throat hurts and I my nose is getting runny.  I just keep telling myself I am fine and won't get it but I don't think that is going to work this time. I guess I rather have a cold then the flu.  It just makes me nervous everytime they are sick because my immunesystem is comprimized.  When I get sick I seem to get it really bad.

Last year I got sick ALOT!!! It was bad but I was helping out at my kids school and I try to stay away from there now because I swear that is why I got sick all the time.  This year I have been okay.  I haven't gotten sick.  I have a very little cold now and I am hoping it doesn't get worse.  The kids are bad.  I also seem to stay sick longer when I do get sick. Ugh!! My older son has been sick for about three weeks now.  The cough is horrible.

My kids doctor just called and he said when they sent his strep test to the lab it came back positive. Just great. I hope I don't get strep!!!

A couple natural options for you. As soon as you get strep or sick symptoms, gargle with h20 and oil of oregano OR, coloidal spray 3xday. Also, a teaspoon of natural honey covered with turmeric 3xday. These natural remedies were on Dr. Oz....they work.
