colitismastery: i have been avoiding beans and peanuts etc. only gluten free replacement product that i have bought is gluten free bagels and i didnt eat them the first 10 days. I do eat eggs, but i always have , and with no issues i believe.
its always something: i end up cooking 2 seperate things (or my husband does) something for my family and then for me. But i'm making really really simple things for myself, rice and tilapia with baby spinach, or a yam (microwaved) with some chicken and some sort of veggie, turkey burger no bun with some sauteed mushrooms, stuff thats easy to cook while i fix the other dinner!
breakfast is uncured turkey bacon, eggs, or 1/2 gluten free bagel, or bannana, lactose free yogurt, the occasional chobani greek yogurt(jury is still out if i can tolerate this)
i made a huge pot of scd chicken soup and put it in seperate containers to bring for lunch at work.
oh and snacks, i am a huge snacker: unsulfured dried mango from trader joes, rice chex and almond milk, banana, frito corn chips, kettle chips or pop chips occasionaly, sunflower seed butter and celery, or just a handful of dry rice chex.
