Has anyone done the low FODMAPs diet? I have been following a low fructose diet and it has really reduced my UC symptoms. Strangely, I think it has also helped reduce my asthma as well.

I've been following the low FODMAP for about
5 months. It seems to help me. Giving up the wheat is the hardest part but seems to have the biggest benefit.
