Prednisone and acne

Tapering down on pred and have acne all over my arms and back. Looks like chicken pox!! Anyways, got someone to call in some doxycycline. Has anyone ever had this problem and used an oral med that actually worked? Thanks for any input!

My ENTIRE chest is covered, my back is horrendous, my neck is breaking out, my stomach has pimples(I didnt know this was even possible) my arms are covered and yet I am thankful that my face is only showing very minimal acne. I am now on 15MG but over the past week when I was still on 20MG I noticed much less acne coming in, most came in while I was on 30/25mg.

my back and chest still have acne from prednisone and i stopped it in november. my chest was totally covered and it was worse because i am such a pimple picker! it looks a little better now because i put apple cider vinegar on my chest and back. it really dries the crap out of pimples but kind of makes you smell.

lol! I love that we'd rather smell then have pimples:)
