While looking into how LDN works, I was interested in what other ways that you can raise endorphin levels.
It turns out one of them is sunlight.

Then I start to wonder since LDN works well on IBD and other autoimmune diseases, and there is a
North/South gradient for UC which would appear to be exposure to the sun,what might really be going on.
Perhaps it is not just vitamin d from the sun but increased endorphin levels that produce a lessening of symtpoms in the summer for some people.
Ways to increase endorphins are,eating fat,chocolate,laughter,excercise,sun,LDN,hot peppers on the tongue.
Trying to figure out how increased endorphins work on the immune system is another story.
Also trying to figure out how to up regulate endorphins besides LDN,or decrease what destroys them.
Perhaps something to think about.
