Cold for a month now.

Some viruses can take months to finally resolve.    Since you are on immunomeds and steroids, have you contacted your doctor for further testing.

Could it be allergies?  Could it be mono?  What are your symptoms of the cold exactly?

Do you take your temp often and document it?

Do you have a sinus infection, throat infection or a chest infection?

Are you taking any otc meds such as pseudeopnedrine, expectorant, etc? 

You definitely need to get things looked at by your GP...and for him/her to take you seriously considering this hasn't resolved as of yet.

I realise that this might be considered quackery- but when I was on Humira I had that problem with colds until I discovered that an IV of vitamin C that took around 2 hours ir so (cost me $150 out of pocket but worth it) consistently knocked it out within a few days, finally. I rralise that recent NIH studies dispite that vjtamin C helos colds, but I have found a 3 for 3 correlation in the iV vit C helping now. You have to get one of those from a naturopath or altmative MD type doc. Another thing you can try a few times a day is a "netipot" to clear your sinuses- I think the are even some studies supporting that. netipots are available at any big drug store like CVS and have instructions on them- basically you mix a tiny bit kf salt in the water to make saline and drain out your sinuses with warm saline.
