Thank you for the responses. Deltaforce, No, I'm not obese on the contrary actually, I weigh less than I should; I'm 5'5 and weigh 103lbs. I do exercise, usually about once a week. I'll either go on a 4-6 mile walk, run 2.5 miles, play tennis, or going on a hike. However, as of lately (for about a month) I've been a little more cautious about physical activity, primarily because of these chest pains becoming more frequent. Also, I've been thinking perhaps it's stress or anxiety related. I'm about to get married in less than a month now. So maybe that's why my chest pains have increased. Anyway, just a thought. However, like I said I've had these pains for years now.
Foods I eat (while in remission) variety of vegetables and fruits. I have a juicer that I use almost daily. I stay away from fast foods. Occasionally I will eat fried chicken, very seldom. I don't eat spicy foods. I love seafood, I try to get in at least one serving of salmon a week. Yes, digestion might be the problem here. I haven't tried any digestive enzymes yet. As of right now, I'm trying these medicinal teas (ginger, peppermint) just to see if it would aid at all in my digestion. Milk does bother my stomach while other dairy products wont. I'm not currently taking any multivitamin. I am however eating probiotic yogurt, taking fish oil, and drinking teas. That is a good idea to try out a digestive supplement. Thanks. I'll definitely give that a go!
