bleeding

Can you have alot of bleeding from hemmroids?  Been constipated and everytime i have a bm, there is alot of bright red blood in the toliet, toliet paper and on stool  and sheds of blood (like you would with periods).  I dont have abdominal cramps, bloating etc..

Hemmies, fissures and UC can all cause a lot of red bleeding. I've had it with all three. You can have formed stool and still be in a UC flare though. This last flare started with only a small amount of blood in the stool and progressed frmo there. Also tended to be more constipated but ended up not being the hemmies or a fissure. Hope yours is.

I started the canasa again but cannot hold it down. Definately cannot do rowasa. When i first go its like a spray. Abd loud and then i go. Called the dr no help..the last time i saw him he told me i had a tight sphincter.
