I found it while noodling around on CCFA site.
You have to give an email address and then they send you the link to take the survey.

I took it just in case my info helps move the knowledge forward.

They say they will keep us informed about updates in the future so I better not be getting any spam from pharma companies.
There is also some links to research papers.

Also here is a link to see if there are any clinical trials in your area (if you want to participate)

I'm sorry Ima but this can not be posted. I know it's not your survey or clinical trials but the rules are still the same.

The results can be but not ongoing clinical trials. People that partake in clinical trials can tell of their experiences tho.
