Oy. Welcome to the forum, and sorry you have had such a rough ride.
First, you do not have to go off remicade to get pregnant. Many many people have had healthy pregnancies on remi. It is far riskier to get pregnant with a perianal fistula than it is to take any of the meds for uc, IMO. Has your DR also considered Humira? That might be an easier med for you to deal with in your various upcoming moves.
So where was your inflammation on the scope that got you diagnosed?

Wow! It sounds like you have had quite a mix of highs and lows the past couple of years. Have you tried diet modification as a way to treat your UC? A lot of people are successfully managing their UC with diet. One of the more popular diets is the SCD diet. There is a lot of information on the web about
the diet if you google it. It does not work for everyone but might be worth a shot if you are concerned about
taking medication during a pregnancy. Good Luck!
