The tapering process to do it slowly is for good reason, and to jump to twice a week wasn't a good suggestion considering you still had mild inflammation to the extent you did.
But, we learn, I did it too.
The antibiotics may have set you back a bit, taking probiotics and doubling or tripling is a perfect suggestion.
Don't be scared, just aware. You needed the antibiotics, you just will need to understand what to do the next time....no biggie.
Go on the enemas nightly for at least 3 weeks....taper to every second night for at least the same amount of time.
Up the probiotics
Take fibre supplements.
You're doing great from my perspective....hang tough through this one.
