Had my appointment yesterday

I had my GI appointment yesterday. He has put me on Cortison enemas and Mesalazine after my coloscopy. The first thing the nurse said yesterday: You gained some weight! I was so happy because she was right. Even my doctor said I have more color in my face now and he's happy I'm feeling better. We will taper off the Cortison enemas now by next week and I will take it every other day. I was asking him what if I get worse again? He said I could call anytime. Finally I have a little more luck with my doctor since he seems to be more understanding than my last one.

Edit: I wanted to mention that my C-diff was negative. He told me they test genes for that now. Also I asked him about a medical card explaining my condition so I can show to the people in the line in front of the restroom so I can rush in. He said he will ask around for it or write one out for me.

Apparently c-diff is determined by our genes? I don't know much about it. I just repeat what he said.
