Can you get some L-Threonine amino acid powder?
It works pretty quickly and more effectively than the L-Glutamine.
I would suggest you get some, if you can, and take 2 g of it in 1-2 oz. of water (it tastes sweetish) and take it at bedtime. It will help give great form to your bm and it has a big plus with great sleep.
