I had the prednisone bottle with 3 2.5mg portions and took it all mistaking it for Ambien. Should I be concerned? Will this do anything negatively for me?

You could take 100 mg by accident and stop and you'd be fine... No adrenal suppression kicks in for a single dose, or even for a short course.. So no worries at all.

are you still tapering the cort enemas? how is that going? I think I'm at 1 every 4 days, but I worry that I've used them so long and want to get off them asap. I wonder if I'm tapering to fast or too slow. I know at one point my gi said I could just stop them....I never know what to do. Just wondering how it was going for you..
