Now you see it, now you don"t?

I came down with a sinus infection and WHAM... toilet full of blood the same morning! Since then the blood disappeared 3 days later I experience blood in toilet again..I even saw it dripping into the toilet..cranberry color. After I clean up I sat down on the toilet once more and had a BM without any sign of blood. I would think there would have been some blood but nothing noticeable. My rectum sure does hurt...cramping style.

My sinus infection is doing a lot better after only 4 days..I wonder if my immune system has kicked in extra hard for the sinus infection which is causing the blood? I just got down to 5mg of Pred and don't want to shot up for a 4th time. Think I'll wait this out until I'm over the sinus infection completely.

Has anyone else has this sort of thing occur?

That's what my husband also thought! If it is, it must be internal because I don't feel anything on the outside.

I'm not taking any antibiotics for the sinus infection. I got some herbal supplements form my integrative doctor which I have used before w/o any problems.
