My weight has been all over the place since I started Remi. For no reason, I will gain 10lbs, lose 5lbs, lose another 5lbs, gain 7lbs - I know some of it might be water weight but it's very aggravating. Because like you, I am active and I watch what I eat. One thing I found that sort of worked for me, is eating smaller meals thru out the day, instead of just breakfast, lunch or dinner. By smaller meals I mean just a little something, crackers and peanut butter or a banana etc. That seems to boost my metabolism a bit.
