Consider adding salmon, and grass fed beef, which are both highly anti-inflammatory. You do the peanuts?!?!?! You chew them well?
You need to make the almond butter bread! I live on this, its my dessert, my toast, add one banana and an extra egg, to die 4!!!
Consider pureeing all of your fruits, I don't do well with them either... Specifically I only eat banana and apple sauce.
