I've been having a lot of success with L-glutamine. It's gotten me from about
10 bms a day down to more like 3-5. I missed it for a day and then the next day it was back to 10 but now I'm back on track again. It only took me a few days to see results. But the key here is I'm taking 5g, 3 times a day on an empty(ish) stomach. You want to get the powder, the pills are usually only 500mg so you would need 30 a day. I use BodyTech brand but probably any brand is fine. I was told it's better to take on an empty stomach so I try to do that but I'm not sure whether it will also work on a full stomach as well.

Thats good to hear! Its suggested to take away from food because as an amino acid, its absorbed incredibly fast. Digestion is a different process. However, in a smoothie or yogurt, applesauce is fine too.

So glad it's working for you.
You may also want to give L-Threonine amino acid powder a try as well, 2g taken in a little water at bedtime.
