Started LDN 2 days ago the filler is cellulose , worsening of sxs... anyone had this happen? i feel jittery today after last nights weird sleeplessness . Maybe the day would be better to take it?

this medication cannot worse your symptoms. this is low dose.

I've heard of some people having reactions to the fillers that are used. You may want to talk to another pharmacy and inquire about
the different types of fillers.

Maybe its a differant supplement causing issue. has anyone switched from night dose to day dose ? my ND said if it bothers me at night because i already get up in the night naturally, but I am nervous if thats not the best way...?

Here is a lot of info regarding fillers.
I started transdermal LDN in January and worked my way up to the 4.5 mg dose. At one point, I quit for a week because I was experiencing backaches and was not sure why. I also quit for several days before a colonoscopy as recommended. I think there is info somewhere that says it's good to take a few day's break from it every so often.
