In flare. Always trying to adjust what I am doing and taking in order to improve quicker. Had been taking Psyllium Husk regularly before flare. Since flare, I have tried to increase the psyllium husk. I normally take it daily in the evening before bed. These last two days I also tried adding an additional dose in the morning. Both mornings now, about
an hour or so after taking it I have gotten horrible, excrutiating stomach cramps. I never experienced that before. Is it too much? or because it is on empty stomach or? I'm trying to help keep my bms bulked up and formed. Was trying to add more to help.
With that said: what types of fiber foods do you eat during flares to help bulk stools, that don't cause any adverse side effects.
Anyone else only have problems in the morning/ 1st half of day?
