It seems now the researchers are starting to get smarter.
Toooo much dietary fat in our diet might be a problem,remember the milk fat study from a few weeks ago. Well this is something slightly different,bile acids kill many bacteria,but ecoli are resistant. By eating too much fat we may be killing off many or our other bacteria.
Since I have no gall bladder the bile just drips in,I suspect cannot control the concentration in the gut by eating low fat,but might be able to absorb it with fibers. Also depending on the type of fat will determine the type of bile acid made by the liver.
