adventureuc, I agree about cleaning the toilet!! my family FREAKS out if I don't clean it when I spray. it can get gross pretty fast.

1) Your medication comes in a grocery sized doubled bag and requires both hands to carry.

2) You get concerned when you see there are only 4 rolls of toilet paper left.

3) You take your laptop into the bathroom with you.

4) The idea of sticking something new up your butt is exciting and not horrifying.

When you have a stash of your favorite toilet paper in your house, that would lasts a normal family for at least 6 months.

When going in the woods feels great b/c there's nobody to come and interrupt your business and the forest is your oyster - don't forget to bury or carry BTW.

If sprinting to the bathroom was an Olympic event then many of us here would hold a gold metal. They should make it true to life, and have you jump over and around obstacles like an ottoman, small dog, and other like things.

You know you have uc when

  • you're in your 20's or 30's and have more medications and diet restrictions than your grandmother/father.
  • when someone offers to take you somewhere fun (a trip an activity) and the first thing that pops in your mind is will there be sufficient bathroom access?
  • a bathroom stall has a floater in it and the first thing that comes to mind is 'wow I wish mine looked like that' total turd envy.

You know you have UC when you head to the toilet and get angry to see your child using the potty.  You tell them to get going.

When your brother uses the acronym "BM" and you automatically think he's talking about a bowel movement...(he wasn't.)

When you spend so much time in your bathroom that you've scripted exactly what you would say about it on House Hunters. "Decent size, love the floor tiles, the toilet seems a bit.....worn......."

1. When your eight year old is in the habit of reminding you to "take your emergency toilet paper" with you before leaving the house.
2. Said 8 year old has been trained to keep the loud hand dryer running in the public restroom while you poop
3. You feel a sudden, disturbing urge to photograph a solid nice bm because it's been so long since you have seen one, you need to commemorate the event somehow.

You leave the house without thinking and then panic when you realize you forgot to take your meds along with extra wipes, underwear, pants - basically the same stuff you would carry for your babies diaper bag.  You pray you can enjoy the day with just the clothes you have on.

Haha all the ones about being excited about normal bms are soo true, I'm laughing so hard! I'm pretty sure my family thinks I'm crazy at this point.
