I think it's possible for you to feel it since there's only a wall separating the two. If your sigmoid falls on/across the uterus, I can see how it would feel pressure. It would also depend on if you're standing/sitting/laying....
When I use the enema or am flaring, it sometimes feels like I used to when I had my period...that achey feeling in the same areas, even down my leg and into my back, etc. I had a hysterectomy in 1993.
An antispasmodic might help with that feeling if you take it about an hour before bedtime.
