Hi BabeintheWoods
I suggest to new people that they read material submitted by InSoFla because that contribution contains a lot of resources and information. It's too labor intensive to provide links, etc in every post. In it they may find ideas but do not have to adopt every suggestion.
I do not strictly subscribe to Paleo or any other recommended food plan but have learned by trial and error what suits me as an individual.
Because of InSoFla's posts I tried supplements like slippery elm and L-glutamine which I've found highly effective. And I'm using LDN with the hope of cancer prevention.
InSoFla thought threonine was helpful. I didn't get a supplement so was surprised and pleased to learn of the high content in dried parsley which I use a lot in cooking.
My main purpose in responding to new people is to suggest that using heavy duty (harmful) drugs is not necessarily the way to approach this disease. It's alarming to me that so many young people are being given drugs that may have far reaching consequences. I get the impression that they think the drugs will solve the problem rather than just masking symptoms.
Thanks for your comments
