I just hit the 3 month mark on imuran.....The good news is I have been off prednisone for a month now, but I feel like I'm 90% in remission...Still going 5 times a day, but the stool is solid most of the time. The past two days though I have been having some white stools, once a day, and the rest of the day the stools are normal color. There is no blood or minimal at times.....Is this just mucous?.......I'm also on Lialda, and I think im going to start Rowasa back up again tonight...Any ideas?

Get your liver function tested if you have not already. It's a sign of toxicity and you might need to adjust your imuran or get off.

Yeah, call the doctor....but....are the stools floating or sinking? Mucus can look like white stool.

Always good to get liver AND pancreas blood testing done.

Agree with Quincy,

You need liver AND pancreatic enzymes done. I would call your doctor.
