Is the ulcer bleeding when I just go bloody, mucus skin? Sometime I will have some good fiber poo from metamucil and I won't bleed at all. In a hour or so I go and it's painful and bloody, is that just the ulcer acting up?

Perhaps because the added bulk is scraping, or in some way irritating (the irritated) the colon lining. I dont really see the purpose of eating fiber if you have D...

Oh man the fiber helps me a ton in the morning. I use to back and forth to the toilet going little skinny turds and now it's basically some big turds and I'm done withing a half hr and go back and forth only twice. I use to go over a two hour period and that's no joke! Fiber is now my buddy morning and night I take a heaping teaspoon.

a few weeks ago I started taking Metamucil, I had bleeding (wiping and embedded in my stools)
As soon as I stopped taking it, the bleeding stopped
I did have well formed stools but the its not worth the bleeding

It's different for everyone...but people have to stop thinking their poop becomes like sandpaper (scraping) the GI tract when they ingest fibre...that really is not the case...just becausse the poops are formed, doesn't mean it turns into sharp, jagged poops, everyone's poop contains mucous to aid with getting the poops out (IBDers just tend to have increased mucous)...it might simply be because the poops are formed and causing a bit of friction against ulcers, causing them to bleed....
Also, bleeding while flaring doesn't necessarily happen everyday or everytime you have a bowel movement and if you're still flaring (even with taking fibre) you're bound to bleed at times (some more than others)...fibre isn't a miracle cure, it won't get rid of all IBD symptoms while in a flare.
You should always increase your water intake while on fibre too...and you can always cut your fibre down a bit to see if that aids with bleeding issues...but I wouldn't suggest stopping fibre all together.
