Seems that the gluten particles from fried foods are cytotoxic,they absorb the oil and food breakdown products,formed during frying.
Of course this only happens if the food is breaded,love fried fish and veal parm,but perhaps not so much now.
But have been off veggie oils since march so I am good on this.
Now have to wonder about commercial bread of which many use oil in the dough,and all baked goods that use oil.
Oh my. Sarah14 it is getting worse,more and more things to fear.
