Ribbon stool worse?

"ribbon stools" are usually due to inflammation.

There was no inflammation when they did the colonoscopy, all signs of colitis were gone. I saw the pics, just that one huge polyp about 4 to 5 inches inside my rectum. I am still not having any blood, pain, mucus, diarrhea, or other colitis issues that I had years ago. The polyp was blocking about half of the colon.

I figured it would go away or round out after that. It just got smaller, but still no other symptoms.
