The Trader Joe's peanut butter recall has been expanded. It includes other brands, including Target's brand.

Ugh indeed. Peanut butter always was and still is one of my "safe" foods...and it's so filling. But it always seems to get hit with contamination!

Hmm, unfortunate. :( Earth Balance Almond Butter is on there, but I've been eating their creamy peanut butter for weeks. I have had a few upsets, but nothing I would attribute to this other than typical colitis acting up.

I buy my peanut butter from a small company here in PA....nothing but peanuts...no salt, sugar, oils, etc....just peanuts. I called them after reading this thread. They told me their PB is safe with absolutely no recall. They use spanish peanuts because of the superior flavor over the typical peanut we are all used to. Best peanut butter I have ever had.
