OT update and Prednisone tremors?

Day 3 or antiobiotics for pnuemonia.  Still sick.  Cough and fever.  Praying this is over soon.

I sometimes get what looks like tremors in my fingers, especially when I'm at my computer on my left middle finger.   I've also had a very shaky tongue for a long time. 

Can any of this be from bein on Prednisone for a year?  I'm at only 2.5mg now but scared it's from something else.  Can you tell I worry too much.  I just seem to get the weirdest things.  I hate it.

Since being on Pred it seems when my blood sugar gets low I will have tremors. i have noticed that if I skip lunch and work all day, when I get home, my hands are shaky until I eat supper.

actually ow that you mention it i have noticed this occasionally too , i'm on a Pred taper and I will sometimes get a bit shaky.

I'm not on pred and I seem to have a bit of a tremor in my right hand. Just really noticed it recently but then again both my hands hurt often like arthritis.

By the way, hope the antibiotic finally kicks in and helps. What did they give you? I'm on my second round for a bladder infection. Ugh.

I'm on a z pack. I'm hoping today will stay fever free. So far good but at night it creeps up.

I'm wondering if tremors could be being on Pred so long or Advair or hydrocodone given for cough. I hope it's just the drugs. Very nervous its neurological.

Also started seeing teeny tiny amtso of blook I think in bms. I have not idea what to do next. Try Imuran even though 6mp didn't work? I really don't think my body can handle Remicaide. Uggg.. Anyone maintain remission with Endocort? I'm lost...

seasons, tremors are definitely a prednisone side effect. i had them really bad, especially getting below 20 mg. i couldn't even wear my contacts because my hands shook too much trying to get them in. they went away when i got off of it, but i had them for mostly all the weeks i was under 20 mg.

Add me to the tremors list. I've had them since my first 40mg dose. I really notice it when I try to engage in fine motor skills. Recently I've been noticing it most when I try and put toothpaste on my toothbrush! I'm tapering and still notice them at 10mg.
