Remicade and Neck Crick?

Just had my second infusion yesterday morning, everything went well, though I was groggier than the first time. Then today I woke with a pretty terrible neck pain, feels like a crick in the back of my neck and hurts when I turn it in various directions. I am wondering if this is a side effect of the Remicade, or possibly just from being so groggy and sleeping on it strangely.

I've heard of people having muscle aches and such as a side effect of Remicade, but anyone heard of having a "crick" in their neck from it? If it's not gone tomorrow I'll call the doctor.
