Thanks for the input. My diet consists:
Breakfast: Plain waffle and applesauce with chocolate ensure
Light lunch: Yesterday I had a chicken caesar wrap, but usually it's a peanut butter/jelly sandwich on white bread and a bottle of water
Dinner: Had pasta with mussels last night, bread and butter, and a bottle of water. Most dinners consist of chicken or some kind of fish.
If i am guilty of anything, it is probably my snacking on my weekends where I eat stuff I know I shouldn't (Pizza, cheeseburgers, big breakfasts, etc.). Again, I am dont have any blood or mucus or any pain *knocking on wood* (except the all too familar abdominal cramp signifying RUN TO THE BATHROOM hahaha)
