Post colon removal

Hi there, I am new to the site and new to ulcerative colitis. I was rushed to hospital in jan and was diagnosed with uc and had emergency surgery to remove my whole colon. Four surges later I have had an illeostimy in may and thought that would be the end. Since then I have had two bouts of pouchitis which was control by antibiotics and a naturopath who remove pretty much e erything from my diet. Recently I was told the pouch join is inflamed and began asacol suppositories. These are aggravating an existing hemeroid and or fissure. I also have the gas issue and urgency I was reading about in this forum. I am going on holiday in three days time and was hoping you might be able to advise me. At the moment I have reduced my loperamide to make my movements less solid as the pain was like passing shards of glass now it's softer but burns so badly I need a bath after. Not a great situation for a holiday so any help gratefully received.
Medication loperamide 4 per day
Codeine taken for pain when needed
Asacol stopped
Currently 3 injections in on a course of 9 of iron
Previously 1 vsl3 per day

Yes I have a jpouch which is now connected. The fissure happened during one of the surgeries and I thought it was healed but not sure now if it is that what's hurting or a hemeroid. Sorry for confusion I am only learning now about flare ups and the terminology used around colitis.

That's what I thought the outcome would be but I feel bloated all the time. Certain foods aggravate the situation. I need the bathroom at least 8 times a day. I haven't slept through the night since it started usually up at least twice and my iron levels are very low so am exhausted all of the time but the sharp cramps, urgency and burning is the worst. I was told by the dietician to avoid fibre but reading here some people are recommending it should I be including fibre?
