Might also apply to UC,who knows. Unsaturated fat keeps popping up. New study.
Notice fish and shellfish not associated.

I do use alot of olive oil. Perhaps I need to cut way back...

I use tons if evoo, but when i try coconut oil i do terrible... Evoo goes down much, much better for my gut than coconut, or butter. I cook with regular olive oil, not evoo.
