Celiac is just as complicated as any other digestive disorder, and how CBS is making accusations of Jennifer's absence because they think its her scheme for getting a raise? That ticks me off to know that people assume the worst out of a severe health situation. Just because we're still standing doesn't mean we're okay all of the time.

Playing devil's advocate here, but maybe they had salary dispute prior to this and CBS thinks this is all linked.

Otherwise, if there is no prior story, CBS is messed up in the head.

i totally understand where CBS is coming from. how can she act if she can't be at work all the time? i'm sure it makes it hard for the writers not knowing when she will be able to work and when they can put her in scenes. it's unfortunate, but i don't think it was wrong of CBS to do this. my boss had to fire me because of my flare- i was sad, but i understood that she need me there and i couldn't perform.
