jse, that's actually the first thing I noticed when I cut out grains and sugar from my diet. Before, I would start the day with a flat belly and by the end of EVERY day, I would look like I was 4 mos pregnant (even when I wasn't) just from abdominal gas, I guess. Then I cut out wheat, grains, sugar, etc., and at the end of the day my belly is still flat. It's awesome!
