As I mentioned in my previous post, I would strongly recommend digestive enzyme to help reduce your gas. I used to have a lot of gas, and 10-20 times to bathroom. No more rush for gas now.
Digestive enzyme reduced gas almost completely these days, and made my stomach comfortable. No boiling or watering sound in my belly.
My relative, she got diagnosed UC last year, have same experience as me.
The result is immediate in few meals. So try and see if it works.
But it did not work when my UC flared up so bad.

Kevin, are you saying try a product called Digestive Enzyme? I did a quick search and could not find anything other than digestive enzymes in general. There are tons of different digestive enzymes. Some products only have one enzyme in them while others have combinations of different digestive enzymes. Also, different digestive enzymes help digest different kinds and types of foods.

I am taking
Nutrilite Digestive Enzyme
now. And when I tried one from Mannatech, it worked too.
Find some decent one. I would not go with something like festal. You can email me if you still like to have more information.
