alot of people are on the vitamin e enama. taking the time to empty the softgels into the enama is a hassle, has anyone just tried inserting the softgels like they would a suppository?

a lot aren't on the vitamin enemas...a few are, however.

Softgels probably won't dissolve nor will they be put in high enough to do what an enema would.

It's availlable in liquid form and come in handy dropper bottles.
